SCAM! Secret Shopper Is A Scam. I contacted and when I got the letter and check they wanted it deposited and show the atm receipt. It looked fake, so I contacted the bank that was on the cashiers check and it was. I contacted the name in the letter about that and did not respond.
I did a shop in a bank and opened an account. Michael Heaton was great till I did the shop and now I have sent multiple emails and called and left a message-still he has not answered anything!! This isn’t like a senior account manager!!! They are supposed to close my account and get my money back , but he will not answer at all!! If you use this company be very careful!!
