The BEST! My mother and I are very pleased with the customer service and the way Barb, Marcus and others help us when needed.
Very unsatisfied with this bank I made a mobile deposit and there holding my money for 10 days without my contacting me about first or anything . I was told three days to deposit a personal check . Very poor communication and nobody should have to wait for a personal check to clear for 10 days!
I have been with the Rutherford branch for years. Debbie, who is beyond phenomenal opened my accounts and worked with my aging parents for years! I recently needed a loan and my Loan Officer is Marcus Victory. He's professional, extremely busy, yet makes you feel like you are his only customer. I had some paperwork that needed signing by a certain date. I had a family situation and he took his lunch hour and came to my house so we wouldn't miss our date .
