Best bank in years great staff just good service all the way around
I’ve been banking with them for years. The service here is top notch and the tellers always remember my name and greet me when I come in. This is definitely a friendly bank would definitely recommend.
If you’re ready for how banking should be… Pinnacle (PNFP) is it. Steven, Detrice, and the whole crew are outstanding. Listening to those ladies laugh and smile with customers was so refreshing m. And we just kept laughing. I think even better… I’d just come from another bank with the diametrically opposite experience. So, watching and personally experiencing laughter and connection… that was powerful. Keep it up, PNFP! 😃
Been banking here for a good while. They are the best. Simply having an atm that always works; having a cheerful attitude no matter how insignificant of a transaction with me; knowing my name......these little things add up. If you live in Mauldin, this is where you want to bank.
Steven Thornton and Charles William's went above and beyond for me and I can say this bank is the best bank I have ever been with. They really care about their customers. They make you feel like family and go the extra mile to make sure your taken care of. Banks like this are hard to find nowadays. I'm lucky to have found them.
