So, I'd like to address a problem with your bank tellers, one to be exact. She's of Indian decent and feels the NEED to treat me differently because I'm Caucasian. Apparently, she has a hard time believing I make what I do on my checks. So much that, she has to call my employer EVERYTIME to verify he wrote that check to me in the EXACT dollar amount like I'm home just printing off checks! I had a wonderful experience with Pinnacle while opening a new account. There was always a real person answering the phone, with no "press 1", "press 2" nonsense to navigate. Everyone I encountered was polite and helpful. Brenna was very easy to work with and helped me with all the complexities of the particular account I was opening, which happened to require several signatures for trustees. She made it all a breeze.
