I was dissapointed that they started charging account fees starting june 2025. When I called the main number, they said to call the local Cary office.
Encore has been working with Pinnacle Bank for the last 12 months and it has been an amazing partnership. As an HOA Management Firm, Pinnacle and their team are always there to assist. I work with Pinnacle through both business and personal transactions. For business purposes I have always found them to not only have the BEST customer service. They are always responsive via email, answer the phone and are willing to go out of their way to make sure you are a happy customer. I have had bank/check fraud that they jumped on immediately.
