Great staff and friendly service
Best bank in the area. Thankful to have branches conveniently located all over town. Need some Saturday hours at, at least, one branch though, please.
This place is a joke. I have a treasures check. Which means it’s literally cash in hand. This is for my wedding that I need now. I drove 16 hours to get this check. Just to be told they will hold it for 2 business days. This is the whole point of a treasures check. Then they tell me they can call the location I opened my bank account. They are all linked together.
I have been banking with the south street location for years and they make me feel like I am family. I love that you can call and speak with them anytime that you need anything. When walking in the door they greet you with a smile. All the ladies deserve a raise and and all expense vacation for taking the time to provide excellent customer service for there clients.
