We've been with this company for over a year, been through multiple therapists. Communication is non-existent. When I call to speak to a supervisor they are unprofessional, don't answer the phone as Pinnacle. I've had to ask for my son's paperwork and now his therapist quit last week and 3 weeks ago I was supposed to get a call from her new team member....nothing.
