Unprofessional and Misleading Insurance Practices: Horrible experience. We chose Pinnacle Eye Group because they’re close to our home, but we’ll never be back. I’ve had the same insurance (UHC) since I started going there and even double-checked my coverage before making the appointment. Their website still shows Pinnacle Eye Group as an in-network UHC provider as of 9/4/2025. Despite that, my daughter was turned away at her appointment.
