Love Pinnacle, but the guy who was working Saturday this past weekend was probably the most rude person I've had to interact with in the last 6 months. Talked over me, berated me, misquoted me the price on a product then berated me for not using the card reader correctly. Will never go back to any Pinnacle after that .
The staff here are super cool and the price is right!
