Dr. Mattioni is incredibly professional and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy for me to understand. I always leave her office feeling informed and confident about my care. Her office is a bit of a drive for me, but it’s 100% worth the trip. I was so impressed that I referred a close friend—we even booked back-to-back appointments so we could go together! If you’re looking for an ENT who truly listens and delivers excellent care, look no further.

This was my first experience with Pinnacle ENT and they were great. The office was organized and efficient and I was seen on time with no wait!! Dr. Downey was personable, friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend them.

I’ve been seeing Dr Downy yearly for ENT exams and hearing tests. Dr Downy and his entire staff are top notch—professional, friendly and efficient. I can’t imagine going anywhere else! I highly recommend them.

The team at Pinnacle ENT are top notch. My daughter has been seeing Dr. Ward since she was 5. He and his team are excellent. He has a wonderful bedside manner. Makes you feel at ease. Everyone has been kind, helpful and effective at getting to the root of things and getting things done. All of our family members use them. I highly recommend.
