The team at Pinnacle ENT are top notch. My daughter has been seeing Dr. Ward since she was 5. He and his team are excellent. He has a wonderful bedside manner. Makes you feel at ease. Everyone has been kind, helpful and effective at getting to the root of things and getting things done. All of our family members use them. I highly recommend.
The office staff was friendly, Dr Ward was great and Jody was wonderful. Unlike most offices, we were not rushed at all. Dr Ward and Jody both spent time explaining everything. We are so happy to have found this group!
I was a bit nervous getting my ears checked, though Dr Downey cleaned my ears without any issues or pain. He is very caring and through. I recommend Pinnacle ENT. Wonderful staff!
Been very pleased with service. Staff is friendly and attentive. Dr. Tim Downey always explains things in a way that is easy to understand. Easy to get an appointment when needed. Follow up is good.
Very pleased with West Grove practice. Check-in and wait both went well for followup visit for ear blockage problem. Hearing test confirmed problem resolved. Dr Downey is no-nonsense pro and technician obviously very competent.
