Not a bad wait. 20 minutes past the appointment time. Good diagnosis and the excellent treatment.
Dr Morgan is great, very informative.
The provider and the audiologist were great, but the receptionist is super rude. It makes the entire experience terrible just by the way she talks to the patient and family members. Clearly, the office manager does not care, as there are other reviews who have mentioned how bad the receptionist is, and they are still working there and continue to be rude. Would not recommend going to the Havertown office just because of the receptionist.
