A follow up consultation of how everything was going! Answered all my questions too.
I have to say Nicole, the provider, and the audiologist were great but the receptionists need some training. They need to realize that the receptionists area is wide open and the waiting room can hear everything you say. Especially, when you are discussing patients. The receptionist was very rude. I registered all online which then it prompted me to hit the check in when we arrived. I did that exactly and received a message that said they knew we were here, have a seat and someone would be with us shortly. So, we sat down. T... read more
