I have been a patient of Dr. Ardito’s for over 30 years and I am sad that he has retired but happy for him. I had been to many ENT Dr.’s before seeing Dr. Ardito and none of them diagnosed me correctly. Dr. Ardito listened to me and did all the appropriate tests and diagnosed me with Menieres Disease. It took us a while to get the right treatment but once he did I could actually work again. Dr Jones is taking good care of my issues, I am very pleased with how things are going.
My mom and then I always saw Dr.Ardito but after his retirement saw the new staff and recently Dr.Jones. Highly recommend and after a month my ear infection is cleared. Just a great doc with a great bedside manner.
Dr. Jones was a really nice person, genuine and didn't rush me. He's a Harry Potter fan so that gives him points with me (haha). down to earth. Explains things in a normal way. I will wait to see if my issue goes away, so I can't say they fixed anything yet but they did confirm other aspects were not a problem so thats a good start.
