They are very through with checkup and friendly😀
Very pleased with West Grove practice. Check-in and wait both went well for followup visit for ear blockage problem. Hearing test confirmed problem resolved. Dr Downey is no-nonsense pro and technician obviously very competent.
Mark was very helpful with my hearing aid issues - he spent a lot of time with me so I can get the aid I need.
