Never answers the call
Very unprofessional, very rude and absurdly disorganized. With the way I was treated and spoken to by the lady at the front desk, I’m sure prejudice played a role. I was running late for a morning appointment and called ahead to make sure I could still be seen. I was told I could be. When I arrived, the first thing the rude and curmudgeonly old woman behind the desk said was, “your appointment was at 830.” Then someone else at the front desk said they marked me a no show. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I was fitted for hearing aids and was given an. Extensive amount of information and it was extremely helpful. The doctor; Dr Hoffman is very thorough. You won’t be disappointed
