Very professional and caring
I see one of their audiologists, Erica Resendiz, for adjustments to my hearing aids. She has been outstanding from the time I purchased my aids to present. She’s extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and professional.
Ordered new hearing aids due to old ones wearing out. Dr. Alex Cortese was excellent in sorting out the insurance details and then explaining the differences between the old hearing aids and the new ones. We went over the settings, phone app, and scheduled a follow-up to see how they were working. Pinnacle ENT has certainly given me the opportunity to increase my hearing ability through their expertise and hard work.
Pinnacle ENT is the medical office I would have designed if given the opportunity. The office culture is professional, congenial, knowledgeable, and accommodating. My ENT physician is Dr. Chuma, who is not only highly qualified, but also interested in me as a person and a patient. I scheduled to see Dr. Chuma for a hearing evaluation. I received baseline test results from an audiologist, recommendations by Dr. Chuma, and further self-care suggestions for my personal well-being. I would unequivocally recommend this practice.
