Doctor Lester was very attentive, answered questions to my concerns and was very professional. I like that he is an older doctor and has been in the profession for sometime.
Very happy with the care and service from Dr. Lesser and team. Everyone from desk staff to audiologist to Dr. Lesser were very courteous, professional, and efficient. Each took the time to explain the testing, what were the possible conditions, and then also the treatment options. Last year went to Providence ENT for same condition and the doctors there were very disinterested in me once it was clear I didn't need any high cost procedures anytime soon. Made this appointment for my father who had been suffering for a while. He was given an appointment for October. Pinnacle had an appointment immediately and Dr. Lesser met with my father the next day. Turns out the issue is not with his ear. Thank you Dr. Lesser.
