My primary care physician is a Penn doctor and I go to Penn for most things. However, my Penn PCP recommended Pinnacle (even over Penn) and let me tell you that they were awesome! For real. I saw Sandra Honeycutt and was able to get a same day appointment. Super professional and everyone in the office was very nice and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all ENT needs.
My son was a patient of Dr Chuma, who is fantastic. However, it's not worth dealing with the rude receptionists when trying to schedule an appointment, especially when it's for an illness. They lost a patient to ENTACC today. I called to get my son in to see an ENT bacause of lingering ear pain/ringing from a recent virus, and because he was already a patient of Dr Chuma, the receptionist told me there is no way to get an appointment with Dr Chuma this week and to see his family doctor.
