I have had three crowns done at this facility but three or four years ago they were all under 1100 dollars a coin I go there today on December 29th and they wanted to charge me $3,000 for one crown I got up walked out I will never talk on this door again please pray for your scamming me people beware of these people scam artistÂ
Terrible customer service and billing.Â
Horrible experience. Did the used car bait and switch. High pressured me into a $11,000 loan then before treatment plan hardly started said would need an additional $7000. Have yet to refund money.Â
2 years ago they were the greatest place ever they made me a great deal on dentures and some other work. But now when I have problems it doesn't seem that standing by that product. When my teeth were first pulled I had temporary set of dentures put in. I finally got my real ones and the uppers never fit right, if I bite on the right side the left side comes down and vice versa and they pinched for a long time. This has been the best dental office i have ever been too. The staff is excellent. The Doctor is gentle and you barely know hes extracted your tooth. I will continue to go to this office for all my dental issues. Penny MahmoudÂ
I'm so satisfied with the work my teeth are beautiful today I had a filling also my front tooth was chip mrs Susan wells fix it her assistant Tara did a great đ job I'm so excited đ I had my teeth cleaning đ last month also March this year mrs Susan wells did my root canal I recommend Bryant Dentist I †my teeth and my smile a wonderful Job.Â
The front desk greeted me promptly. Rae and Kaelee where outstanding and friendly. The Dentist was very professional and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Saraland Smiles. I have never had a bad experience there.Â

I wouldnât recommend this place to anyone. 09/20, I received crowns on my two front teeth. 2,000.00 up front. I was very satisfied. 04/21, L front crown broke due to my bite. They said it was under warranty, not my fault. After 7 + weeks in a temporary crown, 3 attempts to match my R tooth, even driving to the lab in Nashville, I received a tooth that was bulky (requiring so much contouring I wondered why they even used a lab) and doesnât match.
