They tore a apart our bathroom immediately and then it took 4 months for them to get around to put everything back together. 4 months without a working bathroom! The worker they hired took so many shortcuts. We eventually asked them to stop working on our house because the quality was so terrible and ended up putting it together ourselves. We are repairing what he did even 2 years later. As a large commercial distributor, we've used Pinnacle for Covid services and sewer backup/flooding. Completely satisfied with their responsiveness and restorative capabilities. Little downtime and highly conscious about not affecting ongoing business operations.

My restaurant got fire and they come over right way to take care everything, good job good service thanks
