I had an exceptional experience at Pinnacle! Everyone there truly goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone has a path to recovery. From the owner to the techs the staff there is TOP NOTCH and every single one of them genuinely cares about each client and will do anything to help people find the motivation and courage to move forward whatever that looks like. I have been to many treatment centers in my time, Pinnacle is at the top of all of them.

There truly are no words for the example that these people set. From the owner, Karo to his amazing on site staff. Alex had me on a plane from northeast Ohio within 48hrs of our first phone conversation. My dear friend Brenden from Ohio was a real life saver setting me up with this facility because he was able to sober up out here and start work in this field and made great contacts for recovery. Had a great experience at Pinnacle. Best rehab I've ever been too... The staff was very welcoming and would go above and beyond to help. Upper management, help me in a bad time. Get through this treatment with no questions asked. I would recommend this rehab to anyone that needs help.
