Krystal and her team are absolutely wonderful. She is kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about her patients. You never feel rushed, and she makes sure all of your questions are answered. The staff is friendly, and the entire experience—from scheduling to the visit itself—was seamless. I recommend Pinnacle Dermatology!

Dr Tawney is a gifted, empathetic physician, and her entire staff are first rate. Appointments are easily arranged, and I experienced no wait time upon arrival. I can't imagine going anywhere else in this region for dermatological care.

Great Dr, listened to concerns and is considering all angles including the opinions of other specialties. Very knowledgeable. I feel like we're on the right track!

I have waited for going on 1 year to get back into see her, I called amd told them that I would probably be late due to road work. One person was sitting In the waiting room that I sat for a hour in on the first visit not counting the hour I sat in the examination room to see the Dr for 5 minutes. Was told I was going to have appointments scheduled with other Dr's and a year later no appointments was scheduled. I highly do not recommend Dr Tawney for your dermatologist needs.
