My kids and I have been going to Dr. Mao, D.D.S., for almost 12 years now... Great dentist, very clean, super kind staff, no complaints whatsoever!!
I had another visit in the dental office today for a tooth filling and a routine cleaning. Doctor Tai Mao, the hygienist Quyen, and the staff were so nice and professional. They were very attentive, listened to my questions and concerns, patiently explained to me, and performed an excellent and thorough work. I was so happy with their services. Thank you Doctor Mao, Quyen, and the staff!!
Today my daughter had to get four extra extractions. She’s 11, on the spectrum, and has a debilitating fear of needles. It was such a hard situation, but the staff was so supportive during the entire ordeal. We’ve been going to Dr. Mao since before she was born. My whole family has seen him. My mother, sister, grandmother… My ex-husband, his parents. So obviously there is no one I could greater trust with my daughter teeth, than Dr. Mao and his amazing and empathetic staff. I’ve been coming to Dr. Mao for the past 10 years and he and his team are outstanding. Not every dentist or office makes you feel welcome, but Dr. Mao, his hygienists, and the office staff treat you like family from the moment you walk in. What stands out to me is the consistency. His staff has been the same caring people all these years and they always take great care of my teeth. It says a lot about the kind of office he runs. Professional, personable, and genuinely kind.
