I had an excellent experience at Dr. Mao’s office today. Dr. Mao, who has been practicing for 25 years, immediately gave me a strong sense of trust. He and his amazing team were truly fantastic. Carmen at the front desk, Tami who took my X-rays, and Celina the hygienist were all incredibly friendly and professional. There was no sense of rushing, each one of them took the time to explain what they were doing in detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit.
