I was on vacation here in MA and broke a tooth and of course it was the weekend. I called 4 dentists and left messages and only one called me back on Monday. It was Pinnacle. But the experience I got there was unmatched and that got the 5 stars. I wish I could send more customers their way. Thank You for the service. I am no longer stressed about my tooth and can enjoy my vacation.
The office has calm and quiet vibe which makes you feel very comfortable, the ladies at the front desk was friendly and informative, Dr Gogiia and her assistants (Jill and Alex) are amazing, they are professional and funny, they know how to make you feel at ease, especially if you're nervous about being at the dentist. The best dentist office that I have been to, the environment and everyone that works there are kind & welcoming and there's barely ever a wait once you arrive for your appointment. Nikie has been my dental hygienist for awhile and she's amazing, she does an awesome & thorough job every time I am there for a cleaning! Alongside with Dr. Gogiia, they both listen to any questions or concerns that I may have and are very caring, helping to clear any anxieties. I'm very happy to be going here for my oral health, would recommend!
Been coming here for years, but recently I broke my crown - Dr Gogiia got me in ASAP and my smile is now restored - From chipped to chipper in record time. Thanks!
