We have been renting a house from Pinnacle Creek for 9 months. The house is very nice and was just as advertised. We have had two problems, one with the electronic door lock and one with the microwave. Cassidy responded immediately, arriving within 30 minutes to help us with the door. When I let her know the built-in microwave wasn't working about 4:00 on Monday afternoon, she had a new microwave and someone to install it on my doorstep Tuesday morning at 9:00. Pinnacle Creek managers are great! I had one maintence request during my stay & they replied immediately via text & then had the problem resolved the next morning (not even 24 hrs later!!) They also manage many rentals but still respond very quickly, it is highly impressive. I cannot recommend them enough.
