I was drug tested in Juvenile Court in 2017 and Pinnacle Health was the drug test provider. Lee Wade was the one who gave me my test. I urinated in cup and the test was negative so Mr Wade said “test must be broken” then he asked me to pour my urine into another test cup and if I didn’t he would tell courts I “refused” to take it.
