I have tried a couple therapists, and Kimberly is one that I keep coming back to. At first I booked weekly virtual appointments that then turned monthly after a couple of months. The skills she provided helped with my anxiety, overthinking, and how I deal with conflict.

My counseling experience with Kimberly was terrible. She did not have the necessary expertise to address my specific situation nor the circumstances surrounding it, and worse yet she was too arrogant to admit this. I didn't get counseling, I got emotionally bullied by someone who thought that one single similarity in our lives meant I had to live my entire life in the same manner as her. Kimberly was intent on putting me into a prefabricated mold, to the point that she completely dismissed anything that didn't fit and twisted figurative language to fulfill her preconceptions of me.
