Pinnacle never completed the punch list and never fixed some of the repairs on defective items. Don’t close before the punch list is complete.
I've worked through several projects over the years with Steve and his team at Pinnacle, they have always gone above and beyond to get things done in a timely professional manner. I would Highly recommend Pinnacle for any type of new construction or home improvement projects.
Pinnacle built our new home and REFUSED to complete the 1-year punch list including a major HVAC issue. Owner kept saying it's his responsibility, he'll get things fixed, and "it's all on him", etc. He met with HVAC company (who has since severed ties with Pinnacle) who refused to fix problem because of how they were treated by this builder. We have since found dozens of general "faulty construction" issues (shingles missing, half our windows don't lock, weather vane fell off roof, etc). We have had to hire several outside c... read more
