Very disappointing experience. One of the biggest issues is the so-called Shabbos elevator. According to the guidance of many local rabbanim and dayanim, its use on Shabbos is not permitted. This has become a major source of frustration and controversy among residents, especially those who expected a development catering to the Orthodox Jewish community.
