Left us as soon as a virus attacked. Would not evwn offer to help or provide passwords to some of the applications he installed. Its 8 months later and we are still struggling to.get through some of software and network settings he made but he refuses to return calls or reply to simple email questions.
We have been using Pinnacle for several years and you can't beat them for on spot service. From simple fixes to setting up entire office, they are the go to people. Also, very knowledgeable on the Dentrix software for dental offices.
Our Company has been working with Pinnacle for over a year for all IT needs and couldn't be more pleased! We have found them to be very responsive, knowledgeable, and attentive to our company's individual needs. I would highly recommend them!
