This company has cost my husband and I a sale on our home. The inspector made false claims of mold that has been unfounded and false claims of a fungas ball that was actually insulation. We have in writing their mistakes as well as in written reports that clear our home of mold. We have lost a sale because of them, $2000 in due diligence fees and weeks off the market due to them. I would avoid this company if you prefer honesty and accuracy.
