Been waiting almost 2 weeks for a part for my heater. Turns out they use FedEx who has worse reviews then them. What happened to this Country.
Remington 80,000 Model number: 80-OFR I would NOT buy this heater again if I was freezing to death & it was my only option. WOULDNT take it if someone was giving it me. Bought 3 years ago and have had to get major parts for it ever since. All parts were at least $100. Spends more time not running than it does running and never runs when it’s the coldest part of the year. Outside heat shield starts breaking whitin first year and becomes charred. If the quality of the people Pinnacle employs is evidence of the quality of their product, I’d probably avoid them. We lived near their national sales director (Mark Noe) and he’s a bonafide psychopath (passive-aggressive behavior, harassment, etc.) - I can’t imagine he’d be amicable to worth with as a customer or coworker.
