Excellent staff and very thorough cleaning!
I just can't say enough about the entire team and process I experienced at Pinnacle! From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcomed and everything was explained in a very informative and caring manner. My extraction went incredibly well and Dr. Roll was just brilliant. I had zero pain the next day and am very much looking forward to my new implant. I would strongly recommend Pinnacle to anyone who needs the care and expertise they provide!
My dental hygienist was excellent and extremely thorough. She cared about the health of my teeth. Unfortunately, during the cleaning process, she accidentally removed the composite from 2 of my lower front teeth exposing the metal bar that stabilizes these teeth. Rather than take responsibility for this error the doctor brushed it off and recommended I see my other dentist for the repairs. This office does not stock composite materials.
