the two gentlemen, including miguel, who came to clean my carpets were quite pleasant and professional. they were thorough in their explanations and responded to all the queries i had. the only minor oversight was that they might have forgotten to close my gate after their service. fortunately, i noticed it before letting my pets out into the backyard in redwood city. despite this, i'm certainly inclined to use their carpet cleaning services again in the future.
