We had an appointment scheduled for a window of 10am - 1pm. Without hearing any communication from the company, I called to ask the status of the technician. They then said between 2pm - 4pm. Still no one came or called by 4pm. I had to call them again. A technician called at 4pm to say he could be there in 25min. We cancelled the service. We arranged our days around the cleaning and were accommodating for pushing it back. It would have been better for them to say they couldn't fit us in today and reschedule.

The carpet cleaning technician arrived right on time and explained how everything would work. Even though I had already set up the service over the phone, Miguel walked through my home with me to double-check that the cleaning plan was the best choice for my needs. i heard about this carpet cleaning company from a co-worker, so i called them and got an appointment really fast! from the person who answered the phone to miguel, the technician who came out, everyone was friendly and professional. miguel did an excellent job cleaning our wall to wall carpet, which our dog had made a mess on more than once—it looks brand new now! he also cleaned our dining room chairs, and i was amazed at how fresh and spotless they came out, like they're new again. miguel even fixed the recliner part of my... read more

Horrible job! Stay clear of this company! Instead of a Pinnacle rep, they subcontracted the job some guy who showed up late in a beat up old unmarked minivan with worn out equipment. I left him alone to finish the job and when I came back he had already left. While here he banged up the walls of my stairs, left standing pools of water and footprints on the freshly refinisher hardwood floors, and the worst thing was that he dumped the machines trash water, with a dirty rag, hair, and filth, into my kitchen sink, where I prepa... read more

My carpet was in terrible shape—it was so stained and dirty that our landlord even suggested getting rid of it.
