This is the third time we've used Pinnacle Carpet Cleaners and we will keep using their carpet cleaning services in the future. Levi is always friendly and professional. We moved most of our smaller furniture and did a deep vacuum around the baseboards before the cleaning, which helped lower the cost. We had the family room, living room, stairs, master bedroom, home office, hallway, and a couple of pieces of furniture cleaned. My wife said the carpets look so good now, we don’t need to replace them.

My experience with Pinnacle Carpet Cleaners was outstanding. Pedro went the extra mile—he arrived on time, was friendly, upbeat, and worked hard on the pet stains in my bedroom carpet. The portable carpet cleaning machine worked great, even on the higher floor of my apartment. I was also pleasantly surprised with a gift card they were giving to clients. That was such a nice bonus! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants professional and polite carpet cleaning service.

I am amazed at how great my carpets look after Bryan and his coworker finished the job. They really know what they're doing when it comes to carpet cleaning. Forget about all the other companies—these are the people you need to call. The prices are very affordable, but what really impressed me was how much effort and hard work they put into getting all the heavy traffic and stained spots completely clean and looking like new. Scott and Levi were fantastic! We moved into a short-term leased apartment, and I was having a bad allergic reaction because of the previous tenant's cats. Someone from another company had already tried cleaning, but my symptoms didn’t go away. Pinnacle Carpet Cleaners came out after that and did an amazing job! Since then, I’ve felt better than ever in our new place. The carpets and air vents look and feel so clean, and we really appreciated the extra care. Highly recommend!
