Dr. Rackley is great. Emily Terrell (therapist) is great. But, Pinnacle Care Oklahoma fraudulently bills you. They intentional misled me with the amount due at the office visit. Before they would let me make an appointment they had to verify my insurance. They verified insurance, then called me and told me what my copays would be based on insurance verification. Imagine needing mental health assistance and waiting days and days, doing all the paperwork, just to get there and be told that they can’t see you because they don’t have a card reader. What kind of doctor’s office doesn’t have a card reader? The lady was absolutely no help and just looked at me like figure it out lady.
Great staff! So kind & thoughtful. The work they do here changes life! You can trust them w/your mental health, I promise!
Good luck even getting in to be seen if you're a parent with a child on SoonerCare! I called last Thursday at 9:15 a.m. trying to figure out how to get help for my son. The woman who answered the phone was nice enough, but was zero help.
