Good luck even getting in to be seen if you're a parent with a child on SoonerCare! I called last Thursday at 9:15 a.m. trying to figure out how to get help for my son. The woman who answered the phone was nice enough, but was zero help. Without this company I don’t know where I’d be, love my Counselor and everyone I have came into contact with. My counselor truly cares and gives me 100 % of her time day or night. So if your looking for a company that truly cares, you have just found one.
