I requested a special order item for an outdoor cabinet that was only two pieces and with unique specifications like waterproof glue and cedar; something a lot of cabinet companies would have turned away. This was one of the easiest transactions I have ever experienced. Responses were prompt; everything was reasonable, and the product came out perfect and fast. Highly recommend.
James and his team were absolutely great to work with. His showroom was a wonderful starting point. Communication was very clear and timely from start to finish. Beautiful craftsmanship and attention to detail. I would certainly work with Pinnacle again!
