My husband and I took our 7 year old daughter to get her ears pierced, and it was the best experience. Randi did an excellent job of explaining the whole process and making us all comfortable each step of the way. The shop was spotless and very calm atmosphere. 10/10 recommend!

Pinnacle is amazing! I got my nostril pierced here a while ago and it's healed super well. I was nervous to try piercing again after having a couple of bad experiences getting my ears pierced at other places, but Randi was so open about the process and made sure we felt totally comfortable. Highly recommend!
