Randi is by far the best piecer in the area and that’s without question! She is very knowledgeable about her craft and extremely accommodating. I took my 12 yr old daughter here for two ear piercings and all she talked about the entire night after we left was how awesome the experience was. Randi is amazing! Her taste in jewelry is flawless, great options, she is so calming and professional. I have gone for double nose, ears, and will be back for more. You can tell she's an artist who knows her craft! If your thinking about getting pierced, she's the one to go to!
I’ve given a two star instead of one simply because she was polite. However, I walked in to check out her shop, and she wouldn’t even allow me to view the jewelry in the lobby area without an appointment and told me to leave. I understand taking piercings by appointment only, but not allowing customers to walk into your shop and view what you have to offer and check it out is ridiculous to me. While maintaining professionalism, they also made it a friendly comfortable environment.
