I want to shout from the rooftops how amazing Randi is. When my six-year-old told me she wanted to get her ears pierced I went looking for someone good with kids, and I kept coming back to a bunch of reviews and other people in my circle talking about Pinnacle. Randi walked through the process in the most calm and detailed way, and really made my daughter and I feel very at ease. Randy is Amazing! Not only she removed my belly button piercing, but she is so friendly! She went above and beyond by providing the best service. The shop is so clean and organized. I definitely recommend the Pinnacle Piercing to everyone. ❤️
i had such a great experience!! they made sure i was comfortable and they are very knowledgeable :) 10/10!!
She pierced it right but put in the wrong sized jewelry for my belly piercing which caused it to get infected in 2 weeks because while your piercing is healing, you have to have a flexible bar so that it doesn’t involve in the skin like mine did. I had to do go another shop for them to put a correct sized piercing in. I would never go again.
