Randi is amazing! Her taste in jewelry is flawless, great options, she is so calming and professional. I have gone for double nose, ears, and will be back for more. You can tell she's an artist who knows her craft! If your thinking about getting pierced, she's the one to go to!
I’ve given a two star instead of one simply because she was polite. However, I walked in to check out her shop, and she wouldn’t even allow me to view the jewelry in the lobby area without an appointment and told me to leave. I understand taking piercings by appointment only, but not allowing customers to walk into your shop and view what you have to offer and check it out is ridiculous to me. Will definitely be back and would recommend Pinnacle Body Piercing to anyone for their piercing needs!! Randi took their care and time when working on my septum piercing. While maintaining professionalism, they also made it a friendly comfortable environment. I took my 17 year old daughter yesterday to have her navel pierced. Randi did a great job. She was so knowledgeable and explained risks, complications, cleaning, etc very clearly. She was kind and patient and as gentle as she could be. The store is adorable - incredibly clean, so well decorated and thoughtfully put together. There was a great selection of jewelry to choose from and all prices were very reasonable. The piercing looks great and my daughter couldn't be happier.
