Scam, scam, scam! Run away!! After I sent in my test, I heard nothing. Found out the address is a PO box only. I do not think Pinnacle Biolabs even exists. Phone number is disconnected. Found multiple complaints all saying the same thing. "They took my money and I got nothing"
Do not order from this company! I ordered a home test kit over two months ago. Three phone calls and two months later and I still have not received the test. Doesn't seem like a "scam" company, but they have my money and I have nothing to show for it.
I purchased their FSIT 200 for myself and my wife. The kits didn't include the promised return envelope, so I called Pinnacle 4 times to confirm the correct address and whether there were any special packaging requirements. First call I left a message. Each time later I ended up talking to a very polite and accommodating representative by the name of "Mike" who didn't know the answers but said he would contact the person who did and they would get back to me.
