Very professional and down to earth team and providers. At Pinnacle I feel like my team listens to my concerns and addresses them promptly.
After many years as a patient at this clinic, I have made the difficult but necessary decision to discontinue my care due to ongoing unprofessional conduct and systemic issues that have directly impacted my well-being. While the individual providers may be competent, the clinic as a whole operates in an unprofessional and, at times, ethically questionable manner. Derek is very friendly, chill and cares about his patients. He always has good advice and is easy to talk to. He is always asking how things are going to help with medication management if needed. Front desk ladies are very friendly and always find time for patients to see their providers even on such short notice. The front desk ladies take the time to get to know the patients by name. Each time I walk in, I am greeted by my name which makes me feel good.
Very nice people I was so excited to be able to get some testing done with only a two week wait time!
My experience with Pinnacle turned out to to be so disappointing after I initially had such a good beginning. I had an understanding Provider and was scheduled appropriately initially, she left and I was shuffled amongst many providers and the frequency of my appointments seemed to be more financially focused than centered around concerns I was having.
