I made my appointment with Brent almost a month ago. I have never been to this shop before, it was recommended. I scheduled with Brent, which had to adjust my original appointment. On the day of my appointment with Brent, I receive a text in the morning advising me that something came up and he can to cancel my appointment. No mention of trying to reschedule, just a flat cancel and good tuff luck. For me, this will not be my new spot. Don't know anything about Brent's haircuts but his lack of customer service is all I need t... read more
