We've had a great experience with Pinnacle Bank in Kearney. The entire staff is always friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. What we appreciate most is that it truly feels like relationship banking. They take the time to get to know their customers and provide personal service, which is hard to find these days. Impatient tellers, just not friendly. I’m mainly only comfortable to use the ATM for withdrawals.
