I've never been treated so horrifically at a bank. I drove to the bank through the drive-thru to cash a cashier's check that was issued from that very bank. The window person asked if I can go inside I said can I stay out here because I have my infant with me and I just had shoulder surgery and I'm not going to leave him in the car. Nope they wanted me to come in the cashier's check was evidently supposed to have two signatures when issued. Just switched here from ubt, much better bank definitely recommend
Martha, branch manager today 5/29 said there are no plans to protect customers using atm with sanitizing stations, yikes, new bank time. Youre investing my money to make yourself money, but wont protecr those customers? Martha shame on you!
They are friendly enough, but if you are at all in a hurry don’t stop here. Waited for 15 minutes in the drive through behind 1 car, not sure what could possibly take that long.
