UPDATE: I moved out of the area a year ago and Cindy/Pinnacle are still delivering exceptional service. These folks are the real deal. They just don’t get any better than Cindy. After a very disappointing banking experience in Stephenville, I opened an account with Pinnacle two years ago. I have been thrilled with the customer care provided by all staff and especially Cindy. I haven’t had an account here for more than 15 mins and I’m already more pleased than chase has made me. The lady’s in the bank are gems and very friendly. Much more comfortable experience than any other bank I’ve been too. They got me set up with an account in less than 20 mins with a card ready for me to use. After not having a debit card for a month and a half due to Chases inability to send me a new one after multiple visits with them, this was such a relief. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
