I haven’t had an account here for more than 15 mins and I’m already more pleased than chase has made me. The lady’s in the bank are gems and very friendly. Much more comfortable experience than any other bank I’ve been too. They got me set up with an account in less than 20 mins with a card ready for me to use. After not having a debit card for a month and a half due to Chases inability to send me a new one after multiple visits with them, this was such a relief. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

They just don’t get any better than Cindy. After a very disappointing banking experience in Stephenville, I opened an account with Pinnacle two years ago. I have been thrilled with the customer care provided by all staff and especially Cindy. She has been invaluable for several complex transactions and I wouldn’t use any other bank. So worth the drive from Stephenville. These gals are in a class all their own.
Customer service is a rare trait in today’s world. My husband and I are continually impressed with the personal service from this location! Bryana and Cindy are extremely helpful with our accounts and we are always grateful for everyone’s precious dispositions! Thank you all for being a blessing!
