I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. I attempted to cash a check through the drive-thru, something I’ve done with this bank multiple times before without any issues. The teller initially assisting me asked me to come inside. When I politely asked why—since I’ve used the drive-thru before—another teller named Cathy abruptly came on the intercom and said, “I don’t know who you are, you have to come inside,” even though I had already sent my ID with the check. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. When asking a question, they won't let you complete what you are asking about before telling you no. Branch bank president, reached out to me and we were able to resolve the issues that were occurring. I am thankful that she reached out to find a solution.
