I rarely leave negative reviews, but this customer service at this bank has been constantly disappointing. Getting in touch with someone is nearly impossible. Calls go unanswered messages are not returned, and even the call center seem frustrated when trying to reach out to the branch. Customers deserve basic communication. I hope management takes these concerns seriously.
