Samantha Malena is amazing. Thank you for loving me. I have a bank in Nebraska and none in Arizona. I called Nebraska asked them to remove my holds on my mobile deposits so that my checks funds are available immediately. Bam!!!! I am no longer worried about my life. Not a fan, in their marketing they seem to give the impression they are a small town bank, which could have its benefits. In reality they are more like a large regional bank with small town locations. You get the same $30 overdraft charges here that you would from B of A. The strange thing about Pinnacle is that they operate like a large bank, but you don't get much of the benefit of a larger institution... their interest rates aren't very competitive, their online banking is barely passable, and in my experience was too oft... read more
