I've been a longtime Pinnacle customer with relatively no complaints, but I'm shocked with the horrible service I received at this location. I went in to remove my mother as a cosigner from my account which I was assured could be done, only for the employee working to tell me they wouldn't do it for me and that if I want her off I'd have to close my account and open up a new account which would be a major inconvenience. When asked if this was bank policy I was told "That's how I do things here." and that I was welcome to go ... read more
The professional employee at this Financial Institution stated there is a form they fill out to remove a co-signer from your account. While searching for the form a very rude unprofessional emplyee stated to just close the account and open a new one because it is easier. Obviously you don't want to provide good customer service. Thank you Down Town Pinnacle Bank for taking minutes to locate the form so my son could resume his personal finances without interuption.
