Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great location in the Railyard, so it's perfect for concerts or game day. They even have free candy, I took two pieces and no one said anything. Next time I'm going for three!
The manager of this branch, Heather, was very rude, incompetent, belligerent, and seemed to have no idea how to do her job. I asked for help with a personal banking issue, and was rudely told "we don't do that". She then informed me that she didn't have time to help me and left the branch. I went to another branch and they helped me right away! And the woman from the other branch told me that it was standard practice, Heather had no idea what she was doing!
