If I could have rated them (Phillip) a ZERO, I absolutely would. Took my vehicle to the unlicensed and uncertified mechanic and paid to have my vehicle fixed due to a ticking noise. After they received the parts and removing the top half of the motor they said the car was ready to pick up.
