I was visiting Buffalo and ended up with a flat tire while completely lost. My car was towed to Pinnacle Automotive late on a Friday evening. Upon returning the following morning I learned the shop was closed until Monday. However, after a few phone calls a nice man named Joe stated he would have one of the employees go to work, unlock the gate and fix my tire.
